Italian food is one of my families favorite type of food next to Mexican. One Italian main dish that my family absolutely loves is goulash. They say that my goulash is very buono. They have even raved about my goulash to some of their friends. Thus, is were the name Amanda's Famous Goulash came originated. I will admit that it is pretty delicious, however I would not say that it is to die for. One thing about my goulash is that it is really cheesy. Although, there is a secret ingredient in my goulash. If you want to know the secret ingredient you will just have to watch the video to find out. The video is from a demonstration speech that I did for my speech class. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1-2 lbs. Any type of meat (hamburger, turkey, sausage, etc)
1 jar of Prego Spaghetti sauce (I normally use Traditional or Mushroom)
1 pkg of Mozzarella Cheese
1 pkg of Monterey Jack Cheese
About 1 cup of Parmesan Cheese
Mixture of spaghetti noodles, elbow macaroni noodles and shell noodles.

I've never had goulash but have heard it's delicious! Great job on the video, it was a great touch.
